We had an amazing stay for 4 days. Beds were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Room was immaculate and cozy. Despite the need to keep the window open during the night due to warmth, we were satisfied with our stay. Breakfast included a variety of Chinese dishes which we thoroughly enjoyed. Staff was excellent and went above and beyond during our stay. The hotel's location was conveniently located about 8 minutes away from the charming Zhaolin Park and pedestrian downtown area, surrounded by many delicious dining options.

The breakfast was fantastic, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We loved that they offered a shuttle service to the nearby Christmas market and ice festival. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main shopping area and restaurants. The gym was also very well-equipped, which was a bonus.

The rooms were quite small, and there was no mini-fridge available, which was a bit inconvenient. , the walls were thin so we could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms.

Had a great weekend in Harbin with my family. Found a hotel that ticked all the boxes for us. Firstly, we loved the spacious and spotless rooms, equipped with all modern facilities. Secondly, the location was perfect! It was located in the heart of the city centre, with easy access to a lot of buzzing restaurants and attractions. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel also had a wonderful continental breakfast that catered for a variety of tastes.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the absence of 24-hour room service. However, we came to the conclusion that this is probably due to the hotel having a small number of employees who work around the clock to ensure that guests receive the best service possible throughout the day. All in all, it was a highly recommended stay for those looking for an affordable, comfortable and centrally located hotel in Harbin.

The distance to Zhaolin park is too far and taking a taxi is nearly impossible. Though there are a few good restaurants nearby, the selection is pretty limited. the room was quite small and definitely not as luxurious as in the pictures, the bathroom had seen better days. the breakfast was a let-down, they hardly catered to western tastes and it was obvious the dishes were not clean. On the plus note, the staff was friendly and helpful.
